Michael + Sarah had their wedding and reception at a private home in Los Angeles. They wanted the casualness of a backyard, with the sophisticated formality of a chic hotel. Sarah loved peach and greens with a classic floral feel. She chose a Vera Wang dress for the wedding and a Jill Stuart shortie for the dance party. We created lots of paper strips to create a "love chain" guest book for guests to leave notes and glue together in rings. We painted their favorite E. E. Cummings poem on the wall of the reception as well as their custom logo we designed in the wedding colors.
