Driven by a common love for design, fulfilling work, travel, and connecting with people, we truly believe one inspiring endeavor leads to the next. We pride ourselves on forging our own path, while taking cues from the artful, the old, the new, the textured, the sophisticated and the organic. Creating seamless events that showcase our client’s sensibility and style with effortless ease is our passion.

Sunna || Bash Please

Sunna is a California native who pulls design inspiration from her hometowns, San Francisco and Palm Springs, and wherever her travels take her. She has mastered the always evolving and fast-paced industry as an accomplished creative director, designer and producer. With her collaborative approach and well-thought-out design, every event she produces is a flawless one. Her down-to-earth yet sharp-witted nature translates into all that she does while keeping calm and poised under pressure. Sunna’s happy place is at the spa, drinking wine, and hanging poolside in the desert.

Molly || Bash Please

Approaching two decades of experience in the event world, Mollie possesses the ability to flawlessly execute events from start to finish. Her attention to detail and highly organized personality makes for a seamless planning process. Not only can she create a mean spreadsheet, but her enthusiasm for food and wine can curate one sensational menu and her keen eye for design can create that perfect tablescape. A Northern California native with a wanderlust spirit, Mollie spends her downtime traveling to her favorite vacation spots, Hawaii and Lake Como, with her husband Pat and dog Sadie.

Ashley || Bash Please

Ashley was drawn to the industry after planning in-house events at a restaurant and wanted to explore more spaces and the design elements of weddings. Ashley hopes to plan a destination event at Amangiri or Mexico. She enjoys traveling up the Pacific coast, dining out with friends and playing in the park with her little one, Lady Josi.

Sage || Bash Please

Sage spent her early years growing up in Malibu, Taos, Jamaica, Lake Tahoe, and eventually settled back in LA to start her family of four. Her nomadic upbringing has allowed her to experience many different rhythms of life which plays a huge role in why she’s so personable and fun to work with. Sage loves a great party and making people happy -- a winning combo that makes her the best to work with on any project.

Jess || Bash Please

Jess fell in love with creating events after planning and designing her own Santa Barbara wedding. She left Real Estate shortly after and joined our team, bringing those organizational and customer service skills along with her. She dreams of planning and designing a secret desert wedding with a sunrise disco party. Jess spends her time away from work scrolling through interior design blogs, in hot yoga, or being a foodie with her friends, husband and her baby boy, Phoenix.

Daniella || Bash Please

Daniella is a FIDM alum who came to us after working at a high-end furniture gallery, where she developed a passion for design and bringing visions to life. After planning and designing her own wedding, she knew she wanted to make the transition to the event world. On weekends you can find her adventuring with her husband in the great outdoors and taking impeccable photos along the way.

Jenny || Bash Please

Jenny loves combining logistics and creativity to plan and produce weddings and events.  She started with fundraising at age sixteen and has executed countless events since then. On her days off you can find Jenny cuddled up on the couch with a cup of tea or sunbathing & BBQing in her backyard. We just love her sweet personality and infectious positive attitude.

Lauren || BP.jpg

Born in Los Angeles and raised outside of Washington D.C., Lauren has achieved the rare feat of producing large-scale events on both coasts. Over the last 15 years she’s honed her considerable skills in the hospitality, entertainment and event worlds, but her passion for planning goes all the way back to the handwritten itineraries she gave to her family before major vacations when she was young. She finds her focus on early-morning trail runs, and calm in moments spent crafting with her young daughter and drinking red wine with her husband.

Natasha || BP.png

A lawyer by training but a creative at heart, Natasha revels in both the analytical and artistic aspects of event production. She loves creating experiences and environments that embody the easy elegance of her native Southern California. In her downtime, you can catch Natasha at an art museum in LA, wine tasting in Santa Ynez, or daydreaming about her next globetrotting adventure.
